Dieting and weight loss drugs are not necessary for losing weight: the fastest, easiest, safest, most reliable way to lose excess weight is to eat less salt/sodium and salty food. - And when I say that, I am NOT accusing you of eating a LOT of salt. - But whether you eat a lot of salt, or a moderate amount, or very little salt, the fact remains that you will lose excess weight very easily if you cut down on the amount of salt and salty food you eat.
Sodium in foods - You'd be surprised at some of the foods that are high in sodium!- Like biscuits!
