You'd find it very helpful to eat less salt/sodium. This would reduce the problems themselves and also the pain and other difficulties they cause. Also try to eat plenty of fruit and fresh vegetables and to drink plenty of water.

Varicose veins? Broken veins? Painful veins? Fragile veins? Swollen Veins? Spider Veins? Phlebitis? Haemorrhoids? Piles? Eating less salt will help!
Varicose veins? Broken Veins? Fragile Veins? Swollen Veins? Painful veins? Spider Veins? Phlebitis? Haemorrhoids? Piles? - These problems are associated with increased blood volume. - Increased blood volume is the result of fluid retention in the blood vessels. - The fluid retention is usually caused by sensitivity to salt/sodium. - If you cut down on the amount of salt/sodium that you eat the fluid retention will be reduced and all those veins problems will be less severe. - Why not try it? - It costs nothing and is perfectly safe. - Indeed, cutting down on salt improves your health in many ways, including loss of excess weight.
